Search terms
A name, place, or other term entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Lincoln County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy notice controls its handling after submission.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information supplied is kept as needed to read and answer the message. It is not shared outside the operating organization unless disclosure is needed for a lawful request, safety matter, or legal duty.
Technical data and cookies
Normal page delivery can create technical records such as the items below. These details help diagnose faults, protect the service, and understand broad use patterns.

- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page, when supplied

Outside links and providers
Pages link to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, jail and GDC resources, courts, federal locators, news outlets, and selected outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this domain, the destination's privacy policy and terms apply. Lincoln County Busted Mugshots does not control that site's content, uptime, tracking, or data practices.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to measure activity across sites or serve interest-based ads. Any such activity occurs on the partner's systems under its disclosures.
Who may receive data
Personal information is not sold by the service. It may be available to the limited categories below when needed for the stated function or required by law.
- Search providers that process a submitted query
- Analytics services that report technical or aggregate use
- Advertising networks operating their own placements
- Law-enforcement or government bodies responding to a valid legal order
Security limits
Reasonable administrative and technical practices are used to protect information. No internet-connected system is completely secure, so this notice does not promise that data will never be exposed, lost, or accessed without permission.
Visitors under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal data, a parent or guardian may use the Contacts route to ask that it be deleted.
Your privacy choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, a visitor may ask what personal data is held, request correction, seek deletion, or object to a particular use. A request should identify the information and a safe way to respond. A request cannot change an official Lincoln County jail, court, police, GDC, BOP, or ICE record.
